At Atlantic Pawn, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States of America. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information. Please note, we utilize a 3rd party fraud prevention service to detect fraudulent orders. It is not common, but at times, the approval process may delay the processing time for your order. 

Shipping Methods

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. Orders are mostly shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery Times

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1-3 business days anywhere in the USA.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including weather delays and carrier issues.

Returns Policy

At Atlantic Pawn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below:

Return Eligibility

Items may only be returned in 15 days if they are:

  • Not as described in item description
  • Free of any damage

Please note when purchasing these items that we do not have an in house gemologist, we do chemically test each items gold and silver purity.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Any customized products

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at chelsea@atlantic-pawn.com or call us at 804-526-8399 x 118. We will provide you with a prepaid label via Email to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
